Australian-Made Residential Hinge and Latch Combo

This kit has been designed by industry professionals to service the residential carpenter, who has little need for fire rated mortice locks (as found on the mortice and cylindrical jig). Tubular latch cutouts have a 60mm backset that allows you to drill out spindle and screw fixings with 100% precision and we also have a 70mm backset hole option for fire-rated lever sets.

A key feature is our transparent faceplates that show center lines, so you can easily check that your measurements will be spot-on each time.

Lastly, our jigs also feature a helpful clamping system that eliminates the need for clumsy quick grip clamps.

Our jigs are designed to reduce installation time, ensuring fast and precise installation of your door hardware.

Residential Hinge and Latch Combo includes: 

• 1 x Hinge jig with the standard 100mm replacement hinge jig plate, plus additional 99.7mm and 100.7mm replacement plates. Covering all standard “100mm hinges”
• 1x tubular latch jig
• 1x Gainsborough cavity slider jig including 1 x Gainsborough cavity slider striker jig
• 2 x Stanley TruaCut 12.7mm inverted bearing router bits
• 1 x pair of carbatec fence clamps
• 1 x carbatec corner chisel

When there is no need for cavity sliders or tubular latch jigs, the Gainsborough and Tubular Latch side rails can be universally used as hinge jigs. Catering to all trade types and needs on different jobs.
