Important Shipping Information – Our Company Policy

Right Gap Door Jigs currently ships from Sydney, Australia within Australia and to New Zealand, United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Ireland only, using Australia Post service. Postage charges are in AUD.

With all orders, an email with tracking details will be sent to you upon lodgment directly from Auspost where you provide an email address on your order. You will be able to track the delivery of the parcel on auspost.com.au/track

For International Shipping (outside of Australia & New Zealand) any local import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and payable at destination country.

WITHIN AUSTRALIA:

Due a high demand for products and manufacturing every jig in house ourselves, current estimated processing time is 14-21 business days. We are shipping our individual replacement plates and accessories much quicker than this, and will reduce overall dispatch times as soon as we have caught up production. We do ship orders out earlier wherever possible and use express post, please email us if your order is urgent and we will do our best to assist.

TO UNITED KINGDOM AND IRELAND:

International standard shipping service is 6-12 business days shipping (dispatched by us within 10-14 days, will be dispatched earlier when possible)
Flat rate – $85.00 AUD TO UNITED STATES AND CANADA:
International standard shipping service is 6-10 business days shipping (dispatched by us within 5-7 days, will be dispatched earlier when possible)

TRACKING AND DELAYS WITH AUSPOST

We track all parcels and will contact Australia Post as the sender for any parcels that become delayed, missing, or scanned in incorrect locations. We recommend you keep an eye on your parcel tracking for any parcels that are delivered to your local post office for collection. Please ensure all shipping details are correct and up to date including unit numbers on street addresses.
