Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. We do not refund for change of mind, but will happily exchange products. Full refund or replacement will be provided to faulty products. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Third party accessories such as TruaCut cutters and router bits, carbatec fence clamps and corner chisels etc must also be unopened in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@rightgapdoorjigs.com and send your item to: PO Box 30, REVESBY NORTH  NSW 2212. Customers exchanging a products will bear the cost of returning the item to us, and we will cover the cost of posting exchanges back to you. Please email us if you encounter faulty products and we will send you a return postage label.
