Scope Flush Bolt template

This template is used for the recessed installation of 200mm Scope Flush Bolts into timber doors.

The template has print markings to guide you clearly with the multiple recess depths required to install flush bolts easily and accurately.

The template is designed to be used on our Mortice Side rails or alternatively you can fix this template using some double-sided tape.

This template is designed for 200mm length flush bolts, but you can use for different lengths (300-900mm) by sliding the template down and making additional passes to the required length of your flush bolt.

Cut out Specifications:

• length: 200mm
• width: 19mm

Flush bolts are used on pairs of doors with the bolt extending into the frame head and/or into a floor strike to secure the inactive leaf. Get a clean snug fit using our template for a truly professional install.
