• A central template designed to accommodate our multitude of precise inserts
• 2 x inserts. One each of the larger and smaller rounded rectangles required to install a concealed hinge. Supplied with the most commonly used RocYork 60 for EzyJamb systems, unless specified otherwise. Note: Please confirm in customer notes section when ordering, the brand and dimensions required as each concealed hinge jig brand will vary significantly.

Option with Adaptable Side rails includes:

• A central template designed to accommodate a multitude of precise inserts

The universal concealed hinge jig is also designed to suit our mortice and cylindrical rails, perfect if you already have one of these jigs these in your kit, or want to diversify and expand your kit in the future. These side rails can be purchased separately.

The jig is clamped onto the door using either set of side rails ensuring that it is secure and prioritising quality and consistency of your installs.

Using state of the art printing technology, centre lines are already printed on the universal concealed jig , simply mark the centre of concealed hinge location on your frame and door, and line up to the centre line printed on your jig.
