The universal roller bolt/D-handle jig is a welcomed addition to any commercial door installers kit.

The side rails are compatible with all of our smaller template range from hinge templates to latch templates to drop seal cover plates, interchangeable with our entire range of 190mm templates With side rails with 150mm centres to suit commercial D-handles all conveniently marked on the side pieces (in red) as well as 100mmm D-handles (in blue)

This pocket rocket even has 40, 60, 80mm spindle and fixing as well as 70mm for fire rated cylindrical locks to suit tubular latch face plates.

This jig can nearly do it all.
